This is a sliding Cupholder for your 1984-1988 Toyota truck and 1984-1989 Toyota 4Runner.

Slides into the ashtray for a “factory-like” Cupholder that looks as good as it does function!

2.8” Cup hole holds a wide variety of cups and drinks with ease, perfect for soda cans.

Magnetic Cuprest pops down to hold your drink bottoms, very reminiscent of factory cupholders found on other Toyota vehicles.

Available in Brown, Dark Grey, or Black – cuprest is matched to selected color.
Available with or without the “CUPHOLDER” embossed on the front.

Instructions for assembly included, requires a 2.5MM Hex Key and 5.5MM wrench in addition to a Philips/JIS screwdriver to remove the ashtray retainer.

Constructed of high-quality ASA filament, will not warp or sag even if the hottest of climates.

** Modification Note: While recommended, not required – this cupholder fits best with a 1/4” trim to the factory metal retaining bracket that holds the ashtray assembly in place, this allows the cupholder to slide fully into the opening and sit flush.
This is not required, but recommended for the best experience possible. This does not affect the factory ashtray use.

Q/A:

Q: Is this the same as the other sliding Cupholder for 84-88?
A: This Cupholder is all-new and uses different methods of holding the cup compared to the previous option, it also features a slightly smaller hole-size that works excellent for most medium-large size drinks.

Q: Why is the main cupholder slide assembly light-grey as opposed to matching the color of the other components?

A: This light-grey looks better overtime as plastic rubs and wears on itself, which can show as white “scratches” that become incredibly visible on darker filaments.
I believe this color choice provides the best possible product for the end-user.

Q: Does this contact my shifter?

A: This cupholder is designed around factory components, if your shifter happens to have excess play, you may have contact issues – this results from worn shifter bushings or shifter tower pins, Marlin Crawler makes a great kit to replace both bushings for crisp and consistent shifts.
